MUSIC. You will narrow your subject past choosing your topic. We

encourage you to research a subject related to music that interests

you. The following is a list of suggestions:

How does music affect culture? (Choose a type of music, thursdayen analyze its effect on

civilization. (prove.)

How has a specific music creative person influenced other musicians or a particular genre of

music? (prove)

When is Task 1 Due?

Write a clarification of your topic for give-and-take (Unit five,

Lesson 6: Thesis Argument Give-and-take). Some of you

have already completed fiftyesson half-dozen. That is okay. Takdue east time

today to think of a topic and send me the description via

webmail when you are ready. In your discussion, y'all volition besides

include a "draft" thesis argument. After completing Tasks 2-4,

your thesis argument may change.
